Wow - our class has finally hit the 3000 viewer milestone. We are very excited and are now wondering how long it will take us to reach 4000!
Mrs Wood is currently working out of room 12 with some other children and is focusing on their writing. If you would like to follow the work of these children, click on the link called St Clair Wordsmiths in the side bar.

Killer Hulk - by William
My name is Killer Hulk. I am from Gotham City, the city of death, and I’m here to destroy Batman.
I can jump Route 66 in 2 jumps and I’m a killing machine. I love to kill people with my p90 (gun). My boulder machete is the best.
Never ever tell anybody my weakness is flowers because they me spew. If you do I’ll kill you.
If you find Batman I’ll give you a reward of $100 and you will be my best friend.

My Personal Treasure - by Seth
MY PERSONAL TREASURE
My cat is my personal treasure. It makes me feel very happy because it is fluffy and it always plays with me. Their names are Smokey and Slash. They are my favourite cats. They smell like the bush because they always go into the bush. The noise they make is meow. Smokey is grey, Slash is black and white. Their claws are sharp. Smokey is smaller than Slash because Slash was taken off his mother too early, so he won’t really grow quickly.
My Treasure - By Reagan
My Treasure
My treasure is shiny. It has different colours. It’s bumpy and shiny. It has a wee bit of dirt on it. I have 14 of them. It cannot move. It’s not a pet. It is hard. It tastes like jewellery because it is jewellery. One of them is fake. I like it so much that I do not want to lose it. They are not joint together. I got it from my birthday. They were in a rock. I had a little hammer to get them out.
My Personal Taonga - By Peter
My Personal Taonga
My treasure is books. They are important to me because I have been reading since I was 3, so they are really important to me. I was reading easy books then but now I am reading thick books. Some have over 300 pages. A few of the books I read have the smell of dust because they are old. There is only one sound in books, the sound of pages being turned over and over to be read. Some books are a bit bumpy which can be odd, but most are smooth. I like reading books. I have read every book in my room. I have about 100 books in my room. I like advancing with my books.
